Modern Asian Fine Dining

Discover the harmony of tradition and innovation in our award-winning modern-Asian restaurant in Downtown Dubai. From the theatre of open-kitchen preparation, Wakame is an exceptional setting for celebrations, corporate lunches, and private dining. The menu spans the Far East with innovative flavours and presentation that enhances the classics. Bao or bento, nigiri, maki or hibachi, Wakame’s dishes are crafted around the best local and freshly imported premium ingredients.

Innovative Japanese Dining

Our first Gyuto in Bahrain presents diners with an adventurous selection of Japanese dishes. There’s no shortage of culinary exploration on offer at Gyuto with everything from lobster tacos with a yuzu guac’ to a karubi beef hotpot on offer. Stylish and precise presentation and preparation combined with sought-out ingredients add to the dining experience. Gyuto’s sleek setting makes it perfect for special occasions with a laid-back edge.

We are thrilled to announce our rebranding as The Fruit Boutique, part of the Al Braik Hospitality Group, a pioneering fruit arrangements business in Dubai. Since our launch in 2007, we’ve proudly been the first to offer unique fruit arrangements in the UAE. As a home-grown UAE brand, we are committed to excellence, creativity, and premium food presentation concepts. We are passionate about helping people celebrate life’s most special moments. Our expert team crafts luxury fruit gifts and corporate gifting solutions, including platters, fruit bouquets, chocolate-dipped fruit, and fresh fruit beverages, perfect for every occasion and business hospitality need.

Asian-Inspired Street Food

Kawai presents a fresh new take on Asian street-food where the fight for flavour is experienced in every bite. Cross-culinary twists take South American spices, BBQ flavours, and bold Mexican heat and infuse them into a selection of street-food favourites. In the kitchen, sharp blades make quick work of sushi, skilled hands layer sandos, and spice-masters make sure the bao and burgers are fully loaded. Every ingredient is treated with respect to create food that demands attention and satisfies cravings.
